Next week FLEGA and a few other parties will talk to VAF to discuss the new rules and priorities for the VAF Gamefonds for the next governing period (2015-2017). The meeting will mainly focus on what aspects of the Gamefonds system need to be improved, based on issues proving to be problematic for our business so far and in what way the fund can be expanded.
This meeting will be held on Monday June 16 and is of capital importance for every single person who is involved in the Flemish games industry. Right now VAF can spend €693,000 on games a year. Let’s see if we can get a bigger amount of money made available for the next 3 years!
