Another year, another batch of new members that will join the FLEGA family. With co-creation hub Hangar K, we’re getting more than we bargained for, as the concept provides office space for various tech companies.
Among many others, Hangar K is currently the home of game technology accelerator and fellow FLEGA member DAE Studios, the prevention experts of Play It Safe, and the VR/AR training simulator experts of Rhinox.
But it’s much more than just a roof over the head of ambitious start-ups. It’s the base of a community of entrepreneurs that will support and learn from one another, perhaps even realising that working together is the best way to achieve their goals.
In close proximity to the award-winning Digital Arts and Entertainment program, it’s no surprise Hangar K’s target audience are tech start-ups with a focus on video games and AR/VR. In the GameTech Hub young game studios can look for support to help them lay a solid foundation for their company.
There’s also regular seminars to share knowledge and expertise so everyone in Hangar K has access to the latest technological developments. Last but not least: they are in the process of building an experience lab in order to show the many possibilities of video game technology to a larger B2B audience.
In short: from assisting young graduates in doing their first business and guiding start-ups in their growth, to letting scale-ups blossom by the grace of their corporate network, Hangar K can make it happen, and we’re very happy to welcome them in the FLEGA family.
