In this story mode you fill the boots of a Colorado park ranger that’s tasked with protecting the wildlife. Yes, you’ll venture out into the wilds with your trusty canine friend again, but this time you’re tracking animals to help them. Using a mission-based structure, you’ll save them from poachers, collect samples and battle invasive species to preserve the natural beauty of your reserve. You will never look at Hunting Simulator 2 with the same eyes.
That’s not to say the next-gen versions haven’t improved the original hunting experience. From the damp riversides of the Czech forests to the burning rocks of the Chihuahuan desert, the natural environments have never looked better. Same goes for all the official hunting gear you have at your disposal to track, pin down, and ultimately kill your prey.
