While video games fight to get more cultural value, they still have trouble shaking off a violent image. The cultural centre of Bruges wants to help break that stereotype by showing that games can be much more than hurting people. During their game weekend, taking place from March 3rd till March 4th, they want to show that there’s a game out there for everyone.
And they need your help to do it.
You get the chance to showcase your indie game for free in theatre Biekorf in Bruges. The event organiser will supply internet access, electricity, tables and chairs. Game developers are expected to bring their passion project and inspire a varied audience consisting from seasoned gamers to people who think you need dice to play a game. The event is free for all and next to the game showcase they’re will be plenty of lectures and workshops in and around the theatre.
