Last week Flemish developer Bluestrike released its 3D puzzle game Spheritis on Steam. In the game you need to roll a ball onto buttons to activate exits. But there’s a catch: most buttons are protected by traps that you can only avoid by switching between seven types of balls. These are made of different materials and can be enhanced with special abilities.
According to the developer’s blog multiplayer maps will follow soon, but for now Spheritis is a single player game. However, things can already get very competitive when you try to beat the best times of your friends on the leaderboards. The game also supports Steam Achievements so you always have something new to aim for.
Spheritis is a one-man project by Kurt ‘Bluestrike’ Stassen. Some of you may already know him from his Half-Life 2 modding work. You can buy Spheritis now on Steam for €8,99.
