A recent annual survey from the International Game Developers Association showed that quite a few game developers would prefer another employer than their own company. 2,200 people filled in the survey and were asked which publisher / developer would be their most desirable employer. Valve was given as the most favourable company by the poll’s respondents.

The top 10 list is as follows:

6. Current employer
7. Nintendo
8. Naughty Dog
9. Double Fine
10. Bethesda Game Studios
