As you might remember, our proud nation is once again gearing up for a majestic presence at gamescom in Cologne. The Belgian games booth will be even bigger (168m²) than last year so all Belgian game companies can show the gaming world what they’re made of.
Heading into the summer, our preview of the companies that will be on show continues with service provider Gameeleon.
Gameeleon is the games and apps localisation world of Ieper based translation agency Royal Translations. Their team consists of accomplished professional translators keen on gaming, new technologies and media that offer game developers a range of colourful translation and localisation services.
Their core business is translating all your game/app texts, whether that be in-game dialogue, menu screens, user manuals, marketing documents or press releases. You can also reach out to them to do a linguistic check-up of your game. Think of it as the debugging of your localisation, complete with a changelog in order to provide your players the best experience.
Go see them at the Belgian games booth if you don’t want to feature funky language in your game.
As always: a warm thank you to the wonderful people at Flanders DC, who turn gamescom into an essential experience. They couldn’t do that without the valuable support of Digital Wallonia, Brussels Invest and Export, Screen Brussels, VAF Gamefonds, WALGA, Creative Europe and ADN. Thank you all!
